📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the national curriculum and early childhood development standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individualised support and feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement educational programs and policies.
• Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' academic and developmental progress.
• Promote a positive and supportive school culture, fostering a sense of community and belonging among students, staff, and families.
• Stay informed about local, national, and international trends and developments in early childhood education and incorporate relevant strategies into teaching practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education.
• Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in play-based learning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, including teachers, administrators, and support staff.
• Passion for fostering a love for learning and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
