📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute innovative marketing, sales, community engagement, and event strategies to drive business growth.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and community leaders.
• Organize and promote padel tournaments, workshops, and social events to engage the community and attract new customers.
• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sports marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
