As an Asia-Pacific Integrated HR Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our global HR initiatives, working closely with regional teams to develop and implement HR policies that align with our company's vision. In this role, you'll use tools like Workday and BambooHR to streamline HR processes, and collaborate with managers and employees to address HR challenges and opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with international best practices and local regulations
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Conduct HR training and development programs tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Asia-Pacific region
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and cross-cultural understanding
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to standardize HR processes and share best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging HR technologies to drive innovation in our HR function

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on cross-cultural HR practices
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the Asia-Pacific region
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
