📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver cutting-edge training programs for beauty advisors, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance the skills and confidence of our beauty advisors.
• Collaborate with industry experts and leading beauty brands to ensure our training programs are up-to-date and relevant.
• Assess and certify beauty advisors to ensure they meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to our beauty advisors, helping them to grow and succeed in their careers.
• Analyze training program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the beauty advisor team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
