📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of telemedicine services, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to streamline workflows and improve patient outcomes.
• Manage and optimize the use of telemedicine technology, including platforms like Zoom, Doxy.me, and other healthcare-specific software.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing telemedicine services or similar healthcare technologies.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other relevant guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using healthcare-specific software and tools, such as Epic, Cerner, and other relevant platforms.
• Certification in healthcare operations or a related field is a plus.
