📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for grammar, style, and clarity,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation,Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for software products,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for technical documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
