📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menus.

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands.

Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet our high standards.

Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.

Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.

Adhere to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.

Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene preferred.

Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Proven track record of maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
