📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products/services.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with the industry and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
