📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by promoting products and services to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor.

  • Stay updated on market trends and new product offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
