Direct Port Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's brand and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes meet health and safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.,Participate in regular quality control checks to ensure food safety and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Willingness to travel to the office occasionally for team meetings and training.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
