📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.,Conduct regular cost reviews and prepare detailed cost reports for project managers and stakeholders.,Provide cost-related advice to project managers and ensure compliance with cost management policies and procedures.,Analyze and interpret cost data to identify areas of cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare tender documents and evaluate bids from contractors.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of all cost-related transactions and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control techniques.,Proficiency in using cost management software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.
