📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable service.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities align with the overall goals of the hospital.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure quality and compliance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the procurement process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in a hospital or healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
