📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Pharmacy Section, ensuring that all medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines set by the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA) and other relevant authorities.
• Utilize EHR systems like SIMRS and SIMRS Khanza to streamline operations and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure that all medications are stored and handled in accordance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting, preferably in an outpatient environment.
• Certification as a Pharmacist (SIPA) from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
• Familiarity with EHR systems like SIMRS and SIMRS Khanza.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers.
