Lead and manage a section within the organization, ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of the team.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and productivity.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members to ensure they meet the section's goals.,Monitor and evaluate section performance, providing regular feedback and reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external events and meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of achieving results and meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
