Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare facilities and operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions to drive the organization towards its goals.
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
