📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Support employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in performance management and employee development,Maintain and update HR records and databases,Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken🛠️ Keahlian
