📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns on Shopee, leveraging data from Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to optimize performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with local sellers, content creators, and influencers to drive affiliate sales.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Shopee Affiliate Dashboard and other analytics tools to ensure ROI.
• Create and distribute compelling content (blogs, videos, infographics) to promote Shopee products and affiliate links.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to continuously improve campaign strategies.
• Provide training and support to local sellers and affiliates to maximize their success on Shopee.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of Shopee's platform, including its affiliate program and seller ecosystem.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
