Data Centre Technician

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center facilities, which are essential for our clients' business continuity. Based in Canggu, you'll be part of a dynamic team working in one of Bali's most vibrant and tech-savvy locations.

As a Data Centre Technician, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the physical infrastructure of our data centers, including servers, network equipment, and cooling systems. You'll work closely with our IT team to ensure that our data centers are always up and running, providing reliable services to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the physical infrastructure of our data centers, including servers, network equipment, and cooling systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data center facilities, including access control and physical security measures.
• Work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with our data center infrastructure.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our data centers.
• Document all maintenance activities and incidents, and maintain accurate records of our data center infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center operations.
• Provide technical support to our clients and internal teams as needed.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage for our data center facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
• Certification in IT infrastructure, such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA.
• Strong knowledge of data center hardware, including servers, network equipment, and cooling systems.
• Familiarity with data center management software, such as Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
