📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including menu selection, guest accommodations, and event logistics.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet hall, including setup and breakdown of event decorations and equipment.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Monitor event timelines and communicate with staff to ensure events run on schedule.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during banquet events.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up communications with guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with banquet event procedures and protocols.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English skills are a plus.,Flexible and adaptable to changing event schedules and requirements.
