Account Manager - Banking & Billers Client Acquisition

Prima Group is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing key clients in the banking and billers sector, driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement client acquisition strategies, and build strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to grow our client portfolio in the banking and billers sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client acquisition and management, preferably in the banking and billers sector.
• Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing key clients.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Certification in client relationship management or a related field is a plus.
