📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to both walk-in and online customers,Assist customers with vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service needs,Recommend appropriate services and products to customers based on their vehicle's needs,Ensure that all customer service transactions are completed accurately and efficiently,Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services,Work closely with the service department to ensure that all customer service needs are met,Provide feedback to the service department about customer service issues and concerns,Assist with the training and development of new Service Advisors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in automotive technology, business, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive customer service or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures,Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices,Ability to use computer systems and software to complete tasks
