📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the industrial automation sector.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present technical proposals, including product specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that product offerings meet customer needs and market demands.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network with potential customers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on industrial automation.,Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, HMI, and SCADA systems.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
