📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with other business processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.,Participate in the development and implementation of new logistics technologies and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing logistics operations and improving efficiency.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as ERP systems, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.,Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
