Abeam Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Lead to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the migration of data from various sources to SAP systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the end-to-end data migration process from source systems to SAP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.,Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.,Conduct data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to prepare data for SAP integration.,Monitor and report on data migration progress, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and SAP consultants, to ensure successful data migration outcomes.,Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve data migration processes.,Document data migration processes, procedures, and lessons learned for future reference and knowledge sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or similar role, with a focus on SAP systems.,Strong understanding of SAP data migration tools, such as SAP Data Services, SAP Data Migration Workbench, or similar.,Solid knowledge of data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing concepts.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data issues.,Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.,Fluency in English is required, with additional knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
