📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials.,Provide support to the sales and customer service teams with product information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall documentation strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Proficient in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passionate about maritime and technical topics.
