TRACE Berjaya is looking for a talented and motivated Sales Counter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer customer inquiries and provide product information,Process orders and ensure accurate billing,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Assist customers with product selection and recommendations,Handle cash and card transactions securely,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proactive and customer-focused mindset,Fluency in Indonesian language
