📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of applicants.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.,Prepare and present job descriptions, advertisements, and other recruitment materials.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
