📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and sales,Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a retail or operations environment,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles,High school diploma or equivalent,Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
