📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Manage the financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and mentoring skills.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
