Oversee the healthcare services provided to customers,Ensure the availability and quality of medical supplies and equipment,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records,Implement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures,Provide training and support to junior staff,Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare services,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting,Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS),Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using healthcare software and equipment🛠️ Keahlian
