📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the cafe is maintained to a high standard.,Manage the cafe's budget, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the cafe's performance and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Work closely with other members of the management team to ensure that the cafe's goals and objectives are met.,Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.,Proven ability to manage a budget and to make effective financial decisions.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel between the office and the cafe.
