📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the preparation of training materials and resources.,Support the Training Officer in managing the training budget.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Creative and innovative approach to training and development.
