📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Team Leader in managing and coordinating team activities.

Support the implementation of team goals and objectives.

Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Assist in training and developing team members.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Handle any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with shipping industry operations is a plus.

Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English.

Ability to travel for business purposes.
